The Karnali Employment Programme Technical Assistance (KEPTA) assists Government of Nepal in developing and testing new approaches for employment-led poverty reduction. The main objective KEPTA is to assess whether public works programmes (PWPs) could play a significant role in a national social protection strategy. KEPTA is seeking to recruit various positions for a year contract, with the possibility of extension. Purpose of the job: Responsible to oversee the project from the spectrum of social services that includes social-economic survey, quality control, group mobilization and awareness building. Carryout social mobilization activities at cluster level and support the training activities and ensure policy compliance

- Bachelor degree subject relevant OR Certificate level with 4 years of work experience in rural development and social mobilization.
